The number one free agent signing hands down goes to the defending NBA Champs. Looking at the Lakers they were stacked and as you though there was no way of them improving, they proved us wrong. What more would the defending champs need to repeat they have it all, but if you were going to analyze their weakness it would be at the point guard position. Well that weakness is no longer, the signing of Andre Miller completes the Lakers. A dynamic point guard and an excellent floor general and at 15 mill for three years he was a steal for the Lakers. Don’t be surprised if the Lakers repeat.
#2
Lamar Odom the most appealing free agent on the market made it known that after he got his ring he was going to get paid. At 70 Million Odom will just do that, Odom being one of the most versatile player will be a deadly weapon on the Hawks. The addition of Odom just secured a playoff spot from the Hawks. With Johnson, Martin, Maggette, Bynum and now Odom you will have to pick your passion as the Hawks are now capable of beating anyone on any given night.
#3
A now older mature Allen Iverson returns to the only coach that brought him success. The Bobcats who have been garbage in past years may have final founded the key to a potential playoff birth. Iverson adds scoring at the highest level possible and with that supporting cast currently in Charlotte the Bobcats will be a force in the east.

Did Philly pull the trigger too early? Well I think so, with no other offers on the table why would they sign green for 16 million? This kid has potential no doubt but he is not worth 16 million. It’s just shocking that they offered the guy they were originally targeting Matt Barnes a 3 year contract for $10 Mill. Barnes who is a lot better than green decided to sign with Boston. Philly then settle for Green who ended up getting a bigger contract from Philly.
Bervin Knight again Philly why would you overpay for a man who’ll no play on your team? With Nate and Kirk Knight would just be collecting a million for sitting the bench. I believe Knight could have been had for half a mill.
