I also accept this deal with Sacramento. I give up a young SG/SF that was stuck behind Jesus Shuttlesworth on the depth chart, my backup pg who was stuck behind a young Rajon Rondo and a low rated Scalabrine. In return I get a slight downgrade in Garcia at backup SG(Brewer 76-Garcia 74), who still is young and can improve, but the most important part of the deal I felt was getting ZaZa, my big man situation was tenuos at best. As I had KG at PF with Scalabrine as my primary backup. Now ZaZa can act as a solid backup and fill in at center when needed. With Bargs injured and the only other big man on my team being Kendrick Perkins, getting a guy like ZaZa is huge. Plus the second rounder is nice, since I don't have a first this upcoming draft, but I have 3 second rounders now.

Btw, the 2nd rounder is top 12 protected. You know this Boston?

I actually was unaware with that. I guess I still want the trade to go through that's fine. But I need to know, if the pick lands in the top 12 and I don't get it for going into next season would I get an unprotected second rounder the following season?

Matt Owner of the Boston Celtics You 2 would actually have to agree on that. Whether Sacramento adds a '12 like he offered, or whatever. If Sacramento decides he's willing to give up an unprotected 2nd rounder in '11 if the '10 pick lands in the top 12, then whatever, but just let a staff member know, so the draft rights thread can be updated accordingly.
